UMBUL-UMBUL AND FLAG are flags that are mounted lengthwise and used to enliven the event or as a promotional tool to introduce the product. FABRIC UMBUL can be done by screen printing and printing.
1. EMBASSES AND FLAGS with screen printing are the most popular and least expensive method of work. In this screen printing process the image / design is placed on the fabric using a screen and rubber rack.
Screen is the result of a product using the Photo Emulsion method taken from the master image, which is made in two ways, namely Screen Printing Film or Plotting.
Plotting is usually applied to banners with a solid color design. While Screen Printing Film is applied if the Full Color design banners so that the design must be broken down into 4 colors into 4 images C - M - Y - K. separations
The types of fabric commonly used are TC cloth, Peles cloth and Satin fabric
